Available in a variety of laminate specifications to suit all budgets the hulls are extremely stiff and built down the minimum allowable panel weights under the class rules.

The Windrush built Contender is a light, fast, high performance racing dinghy. It was originally designed by Ben Lexcon in 1967 as a potential successor to the Finn dinghy in the Olympic single handed class of racing. It is suitable for a wide variety of sailors, both male and female in the weight range of 55kg to 95kg and heights from 165cm to 200cm.
The Windrush Javelin is a high quality foam sandwich, polyester resin, moulded hull with a full length carbon layer from chine to chine, centre-case and ply inserts to allow fittings to be located to your specification.
